If you contact us (whether that be via phone call, text message, email, or the form on our Contact page), any personal information that you provide (e.g., your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, nearest major cross-streets) is solely used to see if you are within our service area and to respond to you.

If you become a client, we would require additional information (e.g., address, pet name(s), emergency contacts, etc.). This information is solely used for the purpose of providing services to you.

Without you explicitly opting-in (see Opting-In below), your personal information is never used for the purpose of marketing our services to you, nor is it ever sold or otherwise provided to any unaffiliated third party (see Trusted Third-Party Services below).

Opting-In and Opting-Out of Recurring SMS Messages

If you send an SMS message to our business phone number (210-549-7387), we will manually reply directly to your message. At this time we do not send out automated, recurring SMS messages.

If, however, for any reason you're interested in receiving such messages (promotions, updates, reminders, and/or offers) from us, then simply text the word START or SUBSCRIBE to our business phone number. If we begin sending such messages in the future, the following terms would apply:

Message and data rates may apply (i.e., your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages).
Messages are recurring; message frequency varies.
To stop receiving automated, recurring messages from us at any time, you may opt-out by replying with the word STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will then receive a final confirmation message, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
If you have any questions, you can reply with the word HELP to receive additional assistance.

We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.

Data Retention

If you simply contact us, we do not retain your information for any reason.

If you become a client and utilize our services, your information is retained as long as you remain a client.

If you opt-in to receiving automated, recurring SMS messages, we retain your information until you decide to opt-out (see Opting-Out above).

Non-Sharing Clause

We do not share, sell, or rent your data with any unaffiliated third parties for any reason.

Trusted Third-Party Services

In order to schedule services, process payments, and manage client data, we utilize a secure, third party platform called "Time To Pet". While their storing and handling of data is outside of our direct control, Time To Pet's privacy policy can be viewed here: https://www.timetopet.com/privacy
